Apply to exhibit a Vintage Vehicle or to have a Trade/Craft Stand
All our application are now online and will become live at the beginning of February on the year of each show, If you have applied in the last 5 years and have supplied an email address, you will automatically receive an invitation.
If you require assistance or have questions, please use our help section on our web site or ask our AI assistant first, this will reduce the workload of our volunteers. If you don’t find the answer there, you can email the individual steward using the addresses listed below.
These emails are only monitored regularly between March and June. As all the stewards do this work during their spare time, we ask that you be patient in awaiting a response.
Our Rally is run entirely by volunteers and all the money raised goes to local worthy causes. Additionally every Rally has a dedicated charity of the year. Within the application, we invite you to make a voluntary donation to help raise money for this year’s charity

Camping For Exhibitors
Each section has a limited number of overnight camping pitches, offered on a first come first serve basses and can be applied for within the online application of each section. The cost to provide camping pitch facilities to include toilets, fresh water, disposal of black and grey waste, insurance and fire assessments has increased year on year.
To help cover these costs, this year we are inviting campers to make a voluntary donation of £20
