Ticket Information
All visitors aged 16 and over must pay the full admission price, including senior citizens and carers.
Early Bird Tickets: Available online until Saturday 17th May at a reduced rate. After this date, tickets remain available online at the standard price.
Refund Policy: Tickets purchased online are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Accessibility & Environment
Noise Sensitivity: If you’re sensitive to loud noises, we recommend wearing ear protection, particularly near the Arena, Steam Engines, and Organs.
Disabled Toilets and baby changing facilities are available within specialist Portaloo’s at various locations around the park, see show map.
Disabled Accessibility – Gate 5 has disabled badge holder parking. The park is relatively flat and all entrances are suitable for wheelchair access.
There is also a tarmac path running the entire way around the outside of the park.
Park Access & Opening Times
Bailey Park will be under the exclusive management of Abergavenny Steam Rally (Abergavenny Rotary CIO) for five days, from the Friday before the event through to the Tuesday following.
Public Closure: The park will be closed to the general public on Sunday and Monday (show days) from 8:00am to 4:30pm. During these times, entry is restricted to ticket holders and exhibitors only.
We reserve the right to close the park or remove individuals at any time during this period for operational, security, safety, or antisocial behaviour reasons.
Outside Show Hours: We will endeavour to keep the park open to local residents whenever possible during non-show hours.
Re-entry: If you are a paying customer, and need to leave and return to the show on the same day, hand stamps are available at all pedestrian exits.
Cycling: The riding of Bicycles by the public is not permitted in the park during show hours.

Some exhibitors may permit children to sit on displays with their express permission. Please note: Parents and guardians are solely responsible for their children’s safety at all times. We accept no liability for injuries.
Food & Refreshments
Vegetarian options are available at selected food outlets.
Allergies: Please check with individual vendors regarding specific allergen information.
Picnics Welcome: You’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages into the park.
Sustainability
Recycling bins are located throughout the park. Please use the appropriate bins for your waste to help us minimize our environmental impact.
